Else, we'll sue, but still see ~$1B as fair & reasonable not to appeal and settle collectively.

But you're the one with experience dealing with these situations.

The scope is soooo broad & enormous however.

No one knows the # of units (modems), benefit dollars of patents, etc.

I see the flag and still have hope.

I recall a while back you mentioned you had a neighbor that was a SEC lawyer
& that the 2 of you would get together & have a lil chat about carter & uoip/chanbond,
I think I missed the followup posting
what came of that get together, did he divulge anything shareholders would be interested in re: our case ?
