Question..Since "you are in Nokia's shoes"..What Company has IDCC cross licensed with in your THESIS? TIA

mschere & kiko- I used to think that way also,but then put myself in nok's shoes and it didn't seem so beneficial to negotiate with IDCC first instead of after a rate had been established with qcom.I still believe that in nok's etal ideal scenario,IDCC's rate will be incorporated in some other company's cross licensing agreement and that they will be pushing this point in their negotiations with qcom.JMHO
