i feel the govt of philippines needs to buy a lot of LL for the covid masses.wages are not all that good so most of the general population cant afford it.the cost of living is high too.no doubt hospitals will carry LL
but thats basically for a target group. pres duterte received $billions
for covid so he needs to spend on a proven therapeutic like LL. big national election coming 2022 and his party wants to stay in power.imo
