The world is beset with a tenacious virus that's not going away. The vaccine is, it appears, a flimsy shield at best. And...it's positive effects will wane over staggered time frames. There will (without an massive coordinated effort to synchronize our response to "starve the virus of victims) be no end to a fiercely evolving virus.
Effective treatment is ESSENTIAL
Nader is "nicing" it out with the FDA. He never lets a negative hint pass his lips, in spite of the frustration he must be experiencing.
and still people are dying and leronlimab is not allowed to help them and it could if only...
He has to play by the rules and I salute his patience.
We wait for approval - perhaps to treat covid critical that are left handed and have had a limb replaced or some other (I'm purposely being over-dramatic)severely limiting restriction. An infinitesimal bone thrown Cytoodyn's way and so more people die.
But the Philippines is catching on. If this drug SAVES PHILLIPINOS then they'll pretend they're not approving it while using it; who in the Philippines cares about the US FDA's approval if it saves their lives?
They're going to open up this big field hospital in Manila. No cost to us. Staff and equip it, no cost to us.

See if We can interest Dr. Nicolas.
We provide a certain amount of LL (if Dr RN is willing to take charge or other competent manager) enough for 100 people free (400 d) the next 100 people (400 d) 50% cost the rest as normal cost. I suspect Dr. Nicolas would parse it out effectively and develop guidelines for 3rd, 4th shots, some not being required.
They, in turn, keep records to compare the total population (not receiving LL) to the LL population (points evaluated to be considered). This way we have a record. Or perhaps more formal - (to be decided). Leronalimab would be on display. And I believe it would "show its stuff."
This would also establish a "triage- type" model that could be used in other countries as well, instead of overwhelming their hospitals.
And if no one is interested - The virus smiles...more "food and replicating sites...homo sapiens - over-rated, LOL"
But this could be an interesting opportunity and everyone wins
