Here again is the EDR data showing in the last 2 seconds no removal of pressure from the accelerator for pedal misapplication to have occurred. 100% pedal pressure is registered the last .4s showing no hesitation by the valet which goes against self preservation. The ability to remove pressure from the accelerator prior to 3.4s proves his large boots didnt impact his ability to remove pressure from the accelerator. Also his ability to apply the brakes briefly without impacting the accelerator further supports his boots was not the problem.
