Yes I noticed that when the 8-K first came out. I really liked that. It's a nice built in safeguard to have so if expected milestones are not reached and surpassed, then Regen can shop around for another license deal with other companies. But hopefully that won't become necessary and Oncology Pharma does some great things with the patents and executes on the plan to start Clinical Trials in a timely manner and fast-tracks the mRNA vaccines for pancreatic cancer and colon cancer for FDA approval and market commercialization. :-)

$RGBP There is pressure on $ONPH to execute timely or lose exclusivity!
