I think about 75% chance of settlement. The even Billy stuff is a wildcard as I would surmise that he would love to get a global settlement and get out of town quickly with the funds. He may be willing to accept far less to achieve that. The next three weeks should be very interesting. The other side already knows how this is going to play out at trial so they would b willing to deal.
