The executive officers should be incentivized to stay with the company and work hard to advance blarcamasine because Anavevex 2-73 and its pipeline is effective. If they do their job the financial rewards will come. As share holders we have been asked to be patient. Officers! Be patient! Bring this drug to market and I will vote yes to reward you! Or , at least give shareholders information that we have been patiently waiting for. Your rewards should be merit based. Tell me again why we should reward you at this juncture!
