When the divy was first announced, I thought it was a gimmick. But we are doing something (reverse buyout?) with a company that has about 15% of HVLN's shares. That means 15% dilution of the stock. But with the divy, especially if it is unrestricted, the dilutive effect of CIRU's preexisting shares is cut in half.

In that way, a divy helps preserve the squeeze.
