He is apparently incorrect. See my posts quoting the NWBO protocols clearly stating that they also measure comparatively from “randomization”.

These guys play distracting game after distracting game... look over here, but look over here, but look over here... it is never ending and it never matters if they are right, it just continues and continues and continues.

They just bring it up again later, after everyone forgets why they were wrong, on this or some other issue, on this board or some other random bulletin board, or social media, when the stock is fluctuating in a direction they do not like. It is intended to deter people from believing or committing.
