Wrong, he sold 20% of the shares. yes they were discounted because they were sold to private buyer. Obviously this was done to not tank ONPH stock price. If he had sold them on the market he would most likely run the price down and not to mention the funds are needed for financials etc. that everyone is complaining about. You cant eat your cake and have it too.
