I am not to thrilled about the offering myself I think they could find other ways to raise money.Now math is not my strong suite but lets say if we have 400k shareholders and they want to raise 100 mill. that would mean they would be asking on avg. for around 2k per person to meet there goal that's not happening. They need to remember not all shareholders hold millions of shares some people could only afford 50k 100k and some may only have 10k Point being 400k holders may seem a lot but few have the money to spend to get them to their 100 mil. goal.

If you're enamored with owners betting their fortunes

check-out ALRT. The CEO and his wife own about 75% of the company!

It is a good benchmark, though. Take Ford Motor Company. It's public, yet it ain't. The Ford Family controls the shares. Remember the auto makers' bailout? Ford said..."No thanx!"

Strong solid points you make here TMaga. Great solutions on what they should do. I do agree with you. The youtuber brings up some valid issues that need to be answered soon for this stock to see any type of serious increase. I am still holding but holding with caution.
