My other issue with the shares of the insiders is how much of their money are they willing to gamble with. Always easier to spend someone elses money. Lawyers work by the hour and why would they be in such a hurry to see this case resolved quickly if they get paid and get a piece of the pie. My feeling is the contingency lawfirm will work faster and harder or just be honest at some point and say it doesn't look good, let's end it.
