COVID... many people that develop CVD mostly do it by choice (diet, lack of exercise), while some it is hereditary. You can get Covid because you step into an empty elevator that an infected person stepped out of one floor above you and had coughed or sneezed while inside it, completely unbeknownst to you. CVD also develops and kills over time. Covid kills you in mere weeks.

and yet again, despite everything that you wrote, CVD kills many more than COVID. Whatever your argument is, this is the key point and needs to be considered.

Think about it, we know much more about CVD, we have many more medications and treatments (exercise, diet, etc) for it, and yet it kills many more.
