Marzan, this actually sounds like a brilliant idea with the right DD as far as the old saying location, location, location. I am not sure that I want to learn about property development though. As far as rezoning, I have a friend who has done this...he wined and dined aldermen and a city manager. Smallish towns are too complex. It wasn’t hard to do. If I have to work close to full time on something, I like what I do and can just stay employed. I don’t have any construction connections either. But New can be fun. Keep us posted please...this could be a very big idea.
