Nope...once approval....Takes about three months on avg. your welcome.
“ If NICE finally recommends the drug for use through the NHS, then NHS England is normally expected to fund the treatment within 90 days. ”. The site you mention linked shall be updated as that was the provisional schedule before approval. And NHS just approved!
I really don’t like false narratives. Gtfo.

Thnx - and NHS has 3 months to start paying for it, right? So sales are about a year away?

BTW, did you click on the "documents" tab from that link? MO crap comes up multiple times - the British Cardiovascular Society even suggest that EVAP showed that MO harmed the placebo patients, not that V helped patients.

https://www.nice.org.uk/guidance/gid-ta10736/documents/scope-consultation-comments-and-responses

This then leaves the issue of is the placebo really placebo. Mineral oil
increase LDL-C and hsCRP and apo B. The trial authors suggested that
these increases do not account for the differences in the placebo arm.
However these are only the measured effects . There could be intermediate
effects we are not measuring. Hence if EPA is neutral or modest in its effect
then the HR is not ).75 for benefit but rather 1/0.75 or 1.33 mineral oil causes
harm
.
