If I can summarize: If it is going up, it's in an upward pattern and if it's headed lower, it's in a downward pattern.

I would never invest in a company without looking at the technicals.

Three macros for investing for me:

1. Company fundamentals
2. Market fundamentals
3. Technical trading patterns of both market and company.

The sum of the cumulative weighting evaluations for each of these 3 factors will determine my investment orientation to any company.
