When you buy a 3 cent stock is a lot more when you multiply it by $1...people claim they left $13 on the table selling for less than $38 but those shares where restricted for a whole year, $RGBP couldn't wait for that knowing where the company is headed, so that $250,000 at 03 could be worth $8,5 Mil, that's chess my friend, they did not lose 13 dollars they could make more than $8 mil...if smart enough to do so.
