Instead of seeing what happened people saw what they wanted to happen....we were railroaded....there was no secret deals cut on behalf of equity behind closed doors with the judge....this was over before it started...what Nate got us was some % of the company....which is unheard of in BK....that was our F&R....the judge was not our friend....any of us who watched the entire saga know that....
