HCMC is looking at investors to help build a war chest to fight PM. Can’t wait to watch this unfold over the next 12 months. I just hope management understands and remembers the value of the retail investor later on down the line

A signal to PM that HCMC is willing to go the distance..stock up the war chest and keep pushing to get a jury in front of them. Posture. Worst case, we get more shares at a .25% discount, HCMC has money for growth, PPS increases. Lots of positives here in the HCMC camp.

I GOT ten hands up and ready to go to war with PM!! HCMC will not back down as they are pretty damn confident in winning this case either through trial or settlement! I still believe in the end PM offers a very nice settlement.. Let's gooo HCMC!
