Today's Offering to me says it's "ON". The words "WAR CHEST" and "LITIGATION". Yes the judge will reject PM's Lame dismissal and this has probably in one way or another been relayed to all parties involved. Judging by the attacks in the language used in the dismissal filing by PM they are going to fight, seems like they hate HCMC as we do them {although I don't hate personally}. They may settle but first they will fight or give the illusion of such. Sounds like we are preparing for the fight, if we don't have to then fine but if we do then BRING it ON. Little health food company vs Big Tobacco. Mmmmm I like our chances.
We hope to achieve our goal of raising capital and building a significant "war chest".
The net proceeds will be used for general working capital purposes, including the protection of our intellectual property rights through "litigation" and other methods.
