It was discussed on this board by some of us before the Annual Report showed up. They disclosed enough in the PR and conference call to cover their ass but not enough detail so folks would have to dig...and OTC shareholders tend to not search for bad news.

Some of us did know that, and know enough about front loaded highly promoted shell scams as well.

No legitimate company goes public in this manner.
