Redhawk, a holding company, would more than likely employ or keep staff from the acquired company. Infact....most companies that have the ability to acquire other business do not have the time to hold hands. They always have a flagship product and then filter into other highly profitable realms. Regardless of knowledge (which I’m sure they have plenty of), being able to delegate properly is the reason some of these companies actually make it to higher valuations.
