I am 50% cash as I have done very well.

It may not be even double digit return, but

GS makes it easy to find "distressed" corporate debt
and make 8-9% on an asset the FED won't let fail.

VIX futures are almost cheap enough to consider for
"Budget time" expiration, but agreed money is plentiful,
even if you don't get "stimulus" handouts.
