Had to look up Gates' Crown Castle (CCI). It's a large tower REIT much like the hot American Tower, I guess. A long term grower, and excellent div payer (3.0%).

Interesting that Gates Foundation has lots of my UPS while BRK only has a token amount. Gates stocks show the Buffett style.
