Cbd* has one of the grossest share structures in the otc lol idk about the other two I’ll check em out.
This one trades so thin and most holders won’t be flipping our shares even if we run up to .05 off a PR we are all holding for the real gains. I think it would be good for this stock to see a PR with substance
these days you don't have to look at revs on a balance sheet.. you have to look out for liabilities, outstanding notes and bad convertible loans made
those lead to dilution and dictate stock direction long term.. and it fuels the never ending cycle or max out OS followed by RS .. again and again
look up RS history when you deal with conventional OTC plays.. some are notorious for it... invoking mergers and acquisitions but in reality is nothing but an old book with new covers
not saying there are not legit ones.. there are a few but they are RARE.. and once they go up out of the 00 grip.. they are left alone to grow.. and you never hear about them again.. since they do graduate out of OTC markets on big boards
Faith gets built through Pr's so when numbers get dropped the faith is rewarding. However, in current times, it seems no matter how good the financials are traders are thinking very opposite of the norm. Not bad but not necessarily any good.
