these days you don't have to look at revs on a balance sheet.. you have to look out for liabilities, outstanding notes and bad convertible loans made

those lead to dilution and dictate stock direction long term.. and it fuels the never ending cycle or max out OS followed by RS .. again and again

look up RS history when you deal with conventional OTC plays.. some are notorious for it... invoking mergers and acquisitions but in reality is nothing but an old book with new covers

not saying there are not legit ones.. there are a few but they are RARE.. and once they go up out of the 00 grip.. they are left alone to grow.. and you never hear about them again.. since they do graduate out of OTC markets on big boards
