Why not made public during those four years?
or simply say - from day one R and D administrations have tried to keep them hidden and non public and from day one (when it started) D and R administrations have fought us tooth and nail in every court at every level and have not offered to settle (publicly)
Giving DJT four years pass is - IMO - not just blind but wrong
