I liked your CFC post and am looking forward to Glen's or anybody else's response. It is obvious the derivative claims are going to win. The Government knows it. If it goes to trial, the redacted documents Obama hid are probably the ones the current administration wants hidden too. Chances of a settlement with favorable terms for the plaintiffs are looking good.There's absolutely no reason for plaintiffs to give in on major issues.
