Good question. UHC has clearly given notice to their clients for May 1, 2021. It's not just GV its V for Marine. V for Reduce It is and will continue to be fully covered with PA. Given the cost difference between GV or V and Lovaza or fibrates, the rest of the indureres can't be far behind. Perfect scenario for proving direct infringement by generics. It doesnt get much clearer than that.
