The big push has to be once all filings have been made. With the stop sign, I don’t even think shares can be purchased on some sites. Does anyone know if PHIL can’t be bought on ETrade, or anywhere else because of the stop?
The biggest bang for the buck is to wait until current, since we are so close, IMO.
