Yes, you are correct that he would have to make it happen by then.

I just want to eliminate any issues with anyone thinking that if it doesn't happen by May 17th, it means we are in trouble, as that is not the case at all.

May 17th is a great date to shoot for, but if it takes longer, even into June, we are still sitting pretty.

I just know that if he hasn't filed everything by May 18th, there will be an onslaught of negativity and statements made about bankruptcy is imminent, and I want to nip that one before it gets any traction.

May 17th is a goal, it is not an absolute deadline.

If a total of 8 filings and 4 were delivered within one month, which I think would mean he has a very good shot of getting the 4 filings left within another month and that would put us on track to getting current right on time..imo
