Correct. I guess it is important to make clear to everyone that not getting current by May 17th does not change anything, as getting current will happen eventually.

The only reason that date has heightened awareness around it, is because that's when the 2021 Q3 is due, so filing everything by then would get us current.

If things aren't all filed until May 24th, it really doesn't matter, as we would then be current as of that date.

May 17th is not a hard date that filings have to happen by. It is a date that it would be nice if filings happened by.
