It's about time the SEC cracks down on these parasites. Taking people's hard earned money and running legitimate companies into the ground because of their manipulation. If nothing is done now, people will stop trading on the OTC. I will be filing a complaint with the SEC and I think others should do as well.
Shorts play a role in the market. They can help you exit with huge profits or give you an excellent buy in point. Shorting by margin or borrowing is dangerous if not played correctly like short squeezes. I don't short, but I do appreciate the one's that take that risk.
