Yes as previously dates that were predicted will be more let downs. However, keep posting data that has yet to reflect and thing of a real fact for a distribution.
Three things we know as fact:
1: bk is closed- 12/2019 2: LT is done 3/19/2021. 3: Ownership has ended - 2/2021
No- leave capital trust awaiting a catch-up 31 months and a distribution quarterly till 2041.
Catch-up of everything else before another ownership change. Includes a bonuses for board and ceo as it was given with last ownership change of min 20 million to just the ceo at least....kkr was gifted with the buyback directly for 100+ million in their shares. Board received new free shares to cash out in one year.
Where this says JPM etc will pay us when? I am not against payment i have all P,K,U. My last hope is August 1 when 3 year limit is done. If no payment then really chances are slim.GLTA.
