Please explain how SHMP will uplist without an R/S. Putting aside, of course, that the "uplist" is really just a charade to execute an R/S cuz SHMP is running out of authorized shares, IMO.

SHMP said it's about 7 weeks to the "uplist". Of course, SHMP said the same thing 2 months ago and failed to deliver.
