Are the banks or financial resources using their power to control will own this mining asset?

Is an external "GROUP" directing all delays?

Is this another one of the Marxian Dialectics: using race, skin color, Dem vs Rep, or policing to create multiple conflicts and thus Chaos, violence, and acceptance of the worst possible conclusion and solution? This is how conflicts end up tearing apart society, installing solutions which will destabilize a society and allow the antagonist to assume Power and Absolute Power.

A simple strategy using a deceptive approach aimed at one objective.

We are not observing the dialectic approach formed by Socrates and Plato, using logic to arrive at an agreeable conclusion between two opposing arguments.

Instead we are being subject to the use of a strategy by one party intentionally introduces an argument(s) which are not rational or logical, but continues to press for the acceptance of the worst solution(s) and stresses the importance of other external influences (e.g., time and political or social pressure) to force the acceptance of the worst resolution to settle the conflicting issue. Thus, we end up with war(s) or some other undesirable result for all but the group seeking power and control.

This has been a tool effectively being used with the support of the powerful social and news media via the refusal to allow logical and best resolution to a conflict.

It is obvious that the mine needs to be built to ensure national security, but the objective of the delaying action is intentionally being used to force a resolution which is the worst of all solutions and that is to let China have the mine and run it as it wants, without EPA or the State of Alaska's interference and to use China's Control of the minerals against the US.

We are seeing this at the US-Mex border, fear of contracting a disease, financial chaos, inflation, imposing radical regulations, creating distrust of opposing views, and creating excessive and ultimately destructive levels of debt.

Simple stuff, is you look just look at what is happening. We are being played as fools by some very bad people using ancient political strategies.
