Well let me answer that. If you continue to post false info I will respond. First now you are admitting that Yozma converted! You still misslead about the OID. If TOMDF uplists the ahare price would certainly be above the .0599 price correct? Yozma gets to convert the 1.4 million OID into shares at the .0599 price correct? This would be in their interest as it would be lower than the market price. Correct? The OID was for 1.4 million which is a 30% discount. correct? So where do you not understand they wouldn't make a 30% profit?

From Past experience with GC I have found you can't believe a word he says. If Yozma is such a long term investor why wasn't a restriction on when they could convert? 6 months a year anything?
I have moved on as I see no change in GC's behavior. More and more debt and a high cost. Must need a new Tesla.
Last point if Yozma was required to take the OID in shares at .0599 how is that good for the company when obviously the share price would be higher if they were going to uplist? More delution at .0599 when the market would be higher. More money in Yozma's pocket?? What don't you understand????
