Worth noting Eddie isn't running AURI...at least not admitting it. The annual report was signed by "CEO Bro" Jason Perley. Eddie is identified as "Chairman" and majority shareholder (30% common).

Aside from that, the company still has no cash, revenues or business activity. INCOME and CASH FLOW STATEMENTS are nothing but zeroes.
