It seems Casper gave Atvi a break on the discovery issue in return for atvi admitting something to wddd and the court could it be admitting they put bungie up to the ipr
which if it makes it to court triple damages could be in play
101 issue is coming sooner than later
The msft issue is in front of one the most favorable courts in the land for patent cases
Looks like the stars are lining up nicely
