If one is new to the stock or decided to add during the past few months, it was entirely possible to acquire 300k-500k shares, by purchasing each day, which is actually a larger position than what many posters here have indicated they have. Of course there are a handful here with many more shares.

The 101 could come any day or later as has been suggested by some, in the order of Court efficiency. ATVI has chosen their path and will likely play that hand as long as they can. I would agree with Mad that ATVI won't settle until the 101 is resolved.

If the MSFT request is denied it would be a catalyst. However, if the ruling goes in MSFTs favor, then it drops back into the .30s or maybe even .20s. We will have to wait and see.

It seemed like the deeper Discovery issue, with ATVI should have gone our way, but it didn't. All just IMHO.
