Phig is getting reincorporated once there bankruptcy is finalized. It has nothing to do with us. Just a minor issue on trading platforms issuing a tag on our ticker also. Go look at Phig total shares, they match ours but it’s incorrect on Phig side. Same with news updates Phig has all of our updates. I don’t think it will be resolved until they are fully relisted or Henry says something to the sec.
