As discussed last year the Trade War between China and the USA has benefited surrounding countries. It was passed that China needed to move 1 million jobs now and another 5 million to surrounding countries over time.

Henry mention this on the call that Vietnam is poised to have more manufacturing and production. You can google and find numerus articles. I think Henry plans to capture some of this business flowing from China and will need housing, ports and factors as laid out in the road map for the Lux Fund projects.
