To be honest...I think this is a taste of what would happen going to Nasdaq. Stocks don’t ride on air there like they can in the OTC.

But he should get to be SEC reporting first. I didn’t listen but it sounds like he had to say they weren’t making SEC filings....and to the types that watch CNBC that would be a huge red flag.

Pretty good for a days theft from shareholders.
