From what i can tell is that the are in a guite period . They went with a differnt filling, because , 1 They did not need to increase shares - a plus 2 They got money to build the plant - a plus.
The big things that i think they have going for them is,
small float, letters of intent to buy

From what i can tell is that they are in a guite period . They went with a different filling, My guess , 1 They did not need to increase shares - a plus 2 They got money to build the plant - a plus.
The big things that i think they have going for them are,
1. small float,2. Tests that showed that they are able to produce a quality liquid fuel product for as low as $0.14 per gallon or $5.88 per barrel base manufacturing cost.'{ The cheapest that i could fine out of any other company }
US$1.7B in production requests for their diesel product. With approximately 97 Million shares outstanding this translates to a per share book value of $17.50 per share.
3. Unlike typical plasma reactors that utilize convection of the intense heat produced by the plasma, our GAT reactor can amazingly produce enough Syngas (H2, CO) to feed a 10,000 barrel per day synthetic diesel plant and 100 Megawatt steam turbine with a mere 4 MW input. Since our unique process works in this manner most if not all the CO2 produced by the process is converted into Carbon suboxides in the form of humic acid and is mixed within the ash to produce high grade organic fertilizer. Therefore the process is completely C02 neutral even using coal or peat as base fuel.
4. A ceo who has said he will not but out press releases to spike up prices , but real news to but real value in the share price . 5. received letters of request for off-take of our fertilizer product. The organic fertilizer which is a co-product produced in the W2 ``GAT' reactor will be pelletized and sold in bulk for $US200 per ton. The 10,000 barrel per day plant produces approximately 255,000 tons of organic fertilizer per year, bringing an additional $51M in sales, combined with the diesel fuel at $204M and $55M in electricity generation, producing a yearly sales number of $310.5M per 10,000 bpd plant. Combined with the need to construct seven plants to satisfy production requests for the diesel product, W2 now has requests for product totaling $2.17B US., book value of $20.00 per share. 6 . Inst's or Inst owns 16M shares
The bad i can find are 1. We are on the pinks - easy pickings for short selling. 2 . We arn't making any money yet 3. dont have plants that are making profit
I welcome any comments

Welcome to the board globaltrader.

Looks like you've combed through the past messages. It's true I'm slowly putting an outline together. It contains most of what we've discussed here so don't feel like you've missed out if it takes me awhile. I did talk with the CEO and he straightened me out on a couple of things, which I posted already.

I did ask but couldn't get a time estimate for the next PR. My take from what he told me is they are working on another SEC filing and didn't want to screw that up. He did tell me what they filed in the last big filing was all they planed to release to the public till the next public release.

Globaltrader: They did not withdraw the form 10 I dont think, they withdrew the registration of additional shares part as they didnt need to sell shares to raise capital. We are guessing it was because the got a loan or some other form of funding.
