So---they're not selling more shares...they had applied
for financing at some point(?)...looks like they got it.

$10M for a plant, wasn't it? Docrew0? Somebody?

There probably won't be any news anytime soon since
this likely will amount to some sort of amendment
process for the Form 10. (Probably a big one, too.
Liable to be no news at all for another couple of
months. Another month or so to file the amendments,
another "comment period" or something, more than
likely...stuff like that.)

Somebody wake me at the end of the quarter...zzzzzzzzzz.
