My view is that it has nothing to do with technicals or historical price action but simply no news or updates from management. Until they say something meaningful expect more of the same. They cannot even come out and say we are unblinded, how tough would that be. I guarantee you if they said just that, the price would absolutely go up.

Nothing moves this stock higher but TLD, period. Until then it’s a sitting duck...
