I would prefer to not get into the details on this matter, but I'm confident that the Company (any OTC Company for that matter) would find a thorough discussion regarding these items with their Investment Banker(s) as worthwhile and potentially impactful if implemented.
Naked shorting can be brutal on a stock especially one with no institutional buy side support...many microcap Companies pay little/no attention to this type activity in their stocks until rather late in the ballgame and the score has already been heavily titled to the short side.
