Hello Peter...

I am just now learning as much as I can about counterfeit/naked short sales and the entrenched corruption that goes on everyday in the equities markets (I have mainly been a commodity/currency guy over the years). Would you mind explaining a little bit more how the two steps you pointed out, of forcing a shareholder's vote and issuing a small dividend, would help SIRC/share holders in this matter? I do realize the MM's are shorting with shares they have not borrowed and ending with "fails to deliver". Just not sure how your steps would tie in to help combat this...
