Either way, I think -22% in 1 week after recently getting European approval is not exactly what I would call expected price action. I'm a medium term investor, I've been in about 2 years now (not as long as some of you long-term holders, but not a day trader either). Still believe in the drug, and its potential, but also understand the overhangs of all the ongoing court battles. In some ways just having that all done and over with would be better than dragging this out indefinitely as it continues to create great uncertainty. Of course on the 0.1% chance of a reversal or Supreme Court hearing then the upside would be massive.

It’s either going to settle at $2 or $10 and a buy out long term. If you don’t like 50c price moves probably not a great company to be invested in.

We’re up 30% from end of March beating last year, dow. 70% from the day before that. These small moves mean nothing really if you’re an investor. If you’re a day trader then you shouldn’t care up or down.

Based on the stock volatility it’s expected to move 4% a day so this isn’t too weird

Great to see your post; Hope you are doing well.

Yeah, this is the peristaltic course of events; things moving through the system pretty much as you'd expect them to. Even if some are aghast at what is actually going on.

AMRN (and SRPT) gave me an opportunity to blow myself up and learn a lesson about biotech I hadn't learned in the markets as a whole. So while AMRN is still something of a revenge trade, I'm still in the game elsewhere. I'm waiting for closure here a cuz because.

I'll take the proceeds to Tommy's Joynt or Mourad's, depending and I'll buy the drinks.

IF it hits $2. I'm taking out a new mortgage and going all in.

The price action is crazy. There must be a big whale dumping today.

I am NOT a permabull (like some that think we'll hit $30+).

But based on the fundamentals this shouldn't trade anywhere below $8.
